We have funded postdoc positions available in the Carpenter-Singh lab in Cambridge MA USA (Broad Institute of Harvard and MIT), paying $70,000 (or more with years of experience post-PhD) with a flexible start date.
There are two projects:
- Rapidly identifying disease phenotypes from rare disease variants, and drugs to reverse their impact (as part of the NIH IGVF Consortium https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8RcsC4a2Ews&list=PLJG0u60zazOtRAwamVGhaJ6eGqh-HASvw&index=6)
- Using Cell Painting, transcriptomics, and proteomics data to predict toxicity of drugs and agrochemicals (as part of the OASIS Consortium https://oasisconsortium.org)
Both projects will have copious data produced by this time next year!
