PYthon Microscopy Environment (PYME)

PYME is an open-source package for image acquisition, image storage and data analysis, which is optimised for single-molecule techniques. It is made up of PYMEAcquire for image acquisition with similar functionality to micromanager, PYMEVisualize for exploring and visualising data and PYMEImage, a feature-rich image viewer.
