Deep Learning Based Segmentation For Biologists

Presentations, code and data from a three-day workshop run by Thierry Pécot on segmentation. The workshop is designed to teach biologists to train and process deep convolutional neural networks for segmentation, going from the basics of installation, annotation and training deep learning classifiers through to batch processing and analysis.
