BioImage Analyst

The Integrative Imaging BioImage Data Analyst will work with Janelia scientists and external users at all stages of their microscopy experiments and will be a primary source of bioimage analysis expertise. This expertise will be shared through end-to-end project management, including development of quantitative experimental designs; implementation of custom analysis and visualization tools; and interactions with the Integrative Imaging team, Janelia community, and external users. This is an excellent role for a problem solver with an empathetic, collaborative mentality who enjoys partnering with interdisciplinary scientists.
