We invite you to join our interdisciplinary international team and develop breakthrough approaches to predict long-term health hazards of materials. You will contribute to the discovery and understanding of the early mechanisms through which nanomaterials trigger long-lasting health effects by combining cutting-edge live-cell microscopy, biophysics, biology and computer modelling. We will support you in applying your basic scientific research to develop new tools for fast and cost-efficient safety assessment, which will be efficiently passed into real-life settings through our ties to regulators and industrial partners to protect workers and consumers.
If you have a strong research interest in the bio-fields, an open mind to challenge the dogmas, and if you enjoy teamwork and working on projects of varying sizes, we encourage you to apply. Experience in bio-imaging, optics, image analysis, wet lab work and programming is highly welcome.
