Pictura Bio is seeking a skilled Prototype Engineer for a short-term project focused on developing a smartphone-enabled fluorescence microscopy system for imaging pathogens. The project entails building and refining a compact, smartphone-compatible imaging setup. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in optics and fluorescence microscopy, with hands-on experience adapting optical systems for smartphone integration.
Requirements:
1. Deep expertise in optics and fluorescence microscopy.
2. Proven experience in designing and prototyping smartphone-compatible imaging systems.
3. Strong ability to work independently and troubleshoot technical challenges.
4. Availability for a short-term, hands-on project.
