Super-resolution microscopy hub
Posted on 30 January 2019
A collection of computational resources for super-resolution microscopy hosted by EPFL. The hub was initially formed as part of two grand challenges on benchmarking SMLM localisation software in both 2D and 3D. The collection now includes reference datasets for SMLM and SOFI, as well as additional software tools, clustering analysis, SMLM rendering and metric analysis.
