miCube Open Source Microscope

miCube is an open and modular microscopy framework that aims to be a cost-effective alternative to commercial systems for confocal or widefield/TIRF microscopy. It can be set up quickly, without extensive expertise in optical engineering. The parts list and drawings are freely available online.
