CellCognition

Free and open-source software for the analysis of high content screens collecting live cell imaging data. CellCognition can be used to segment cells and organelles, describe cellular morphology, annotate and classify phenotypes, and for tracking. It was initially developed for quantitative phenotypic profiling of mitosis and can also be used to analyse other dynamic processes.
