An open-source, deep-learning toolkit for microscopists focused on image restoration and segmentation. The website includes examples of the image restoration and segmentation capabilities and outlines the training data requirements. The tools available within CSBDeep include CARE, DenoiSeg, Noise2Void and StarDist.
