Python Bioimage Computing Toolkit (PuBliCiTy)

A toolkit for bioimage analysis including different segmentation tools, partitioning image classes and annotation. The toolkit, created by Marcelo Cicconet, is written to make analysis accessible for scientists without a computational or software development background.
