BioImaging Bioinformatician

We’re looking for somebody who can work with experimental and imaging scientists, machine learning/AI experts, and software developers. You’ll develop standards and tools used by tens of thousands of researchers, guide depositors, and shape the future of the archive. We work with every type of biological imaging data in common use, at petabyte scale. We’re particularly excited about cross-modality data, like spatial transcriptomics, and emerging imaging types with high potential reuse value like volume EM and cryoET.
