🧪 Role & Responsibilities
– Develop and optimize image analysis pipelines for microscopy data
– Apply machine learning and deep learning to biological imaging
– Ensure reproducibility and quality control in data analysis
– Train and consult researchers on experimental design and image processing
🎓 Required Qualifications
– PhD in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Life Sciences, or related field
– Experience with biological image analysis (segmentation, tracking, registration)
– Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis
– Strong communication and collaboration skills
– Fluency in English
🌟 Desirable Skills
– Familiarity with ImageJ/Fiji, CellProfiler, QuPath, Napari
– Experience with ML/DL frameworks (U-Net, StarDist, Cellpose)
– Knowledge of advanced microscopy techniques and cloud-based platforms
– Background in interdisciplinary life sciences research
