Join the “Advanced Training for Next Generation Scientists in Spatio-Temporal Imaging of Plant Cells” (AGILE) MSCA European project (https://www.msca-agile.eu/) at the forefront of microscopy and bioimage analysis. You’ll integrate and optimize Biom3d, a new deep-learning framework, within OMERO, enhancing data interoperability and accessibility across major bioimaging platforms. This project offers hands-on training in deep learning, image data management, and HPC computing within a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment in Clermont-Ferrand, France.
