Advanced Cell Classifier

Advanced Cell Classifier is a tool for visualisation and analysis of high-content microscopy screens and tissue section images. The user-friendly interface allows users to implement phenotypic analysis using machine learning methods with minimal interaction with code. The software is free and the source code is openly available.
