Analyzing Fluorescence Microscopy Images with ImageJ

A handbook from Peter Bankhead designed to assist researchers in biology to get started on bioimage analysis using ImageJ. The handbook is available as a website via GitHub, which means it can be updated and allows for community involvement. A PDF of the original handbook is available on ResearchGate. The book includes practical examples using standard fluorescence images and Pete’s original artwork for readers to work through.
