Center for Open Bioimage Analysis YouTube Channel

YouTube channel from the Center for Open Bioimage Analysis (COBA). COBA aims to support the cell biology community in quantitative bioimage analysis. The YouTube channel collates videos that teach users how to access and use bioimage analysis tools, especially CellProfiler and ImageJ, which are developed and supported by the COBA team led by Beth Cimini, Anne Carpenter and Kevin Eliceiri. Playlists include: CellProfiler – Team, Piximi, COBA Team Features, COBA Team Research Talks, Getting Started with Image Analysis, NEUBIAS Academy@Home, Workshops, ImageJ, CellProfiler and Best Practices.
