CLIJ2 is a plugin that allows users to take advantage of GPU-accelerated image processing without having extensive coding skills. CLIJ2 can be used within Fiji, Icy and Matlab to accelerate image processing tasks within these platforms. The GitHub page includes cheat sheets for common image processing task within Fiji.
