An introduction to diSPIM, an implementation of SPIM (also known as light sheet fluorescence microscopy) that allows dual views on an inverted microscope. The associated documents include a manual, cover comparisons with other systems, sample preparation, hardware requirements and suggested software. diSPIM was co-developed by the lab of Hari Shroff and Applied Scientific Instrumentation (ASI). The wiki page is meant for the community to exchange information.
