Icy

Icy is a free and open-source bioimage analysis software, founded by Institut Pasteur and France BioImaging, to visualise, annotate and quantify bioimage data. Icy integrates with ImageJ, Matlab and Micro Manager. The intuitive user interface allows biologists and developers to acquire, analyse and store their data in a reproducible/robust manner. There are over 200 plugins that can be used for microscope control, particle tracking, 3D segmentation, spot detection using wavelets and more.
