Free edX course on image processing and analysis for life scientists from EPFL. The course is self-paced and covers the basics of acquisition, filtering and segmentation before moving on to teaching the user to design more complex image analysis workflows. The examples provided use open-source tools and focus on good practice in bioimage analysis.
