Fiji is a free and open-source image processing software. The package includes multiple ImageJ plugins for image analysis. It features an automatic updater and comprehensive documentation. Fiji is an open-source project with contributors from around the world. It is maintained by the Eliceiri, Jug and Tomancak labs.
