LLSpy

LLSpy is a tool, designed by Talley Lambert, to support lattice light sheet data processing and is an extension of the cudaDeconv binary from the Betzig lab. The additional features include autodetection of experimental parameters, auto-choosing OTFs, performing image corrections and facilitating file handling. It can be used via a graphical user interface, by command line interface and in a python console.
