Mesmerize: A highly versatile platform for calcium imaging analysis
Posted on 25 July 2020
Mesmerize, is a comprehensive and versatile calcium imaging analysis platform. Our platform encompasses the entire process of calcium imaging analysis, from raw data to interactive & reproducible publication figures. It also uses cutting edge techniques, such as the Caiman library for signal extraction, and machine learning for downstream analysis. Users can seamlessly map stimuli or behavioral periods on their data. Mesmerize works with both 2D and 3D (volumetric) datasets.
