Microscopic Image Analyzer (MIA)

MIA is an open-source deep-learning based image analysis software from Nils Körber. The software covers labelling, neural network training with applications for segmentation, object detection and classification. The graphical user interface allows the software to be used by researchers without expertise in coding and it is compatible with commonly used open-source software packages.
