OpenSPIM

OpenSPIM is an open-access platform for selective plane illumination microscopy (light sheet). It was first published in 2013 by Pavel Tomancak and colleagues with the hardware and software details shared on the website. The upgraded version, X-OpenSPIM, was published in 2021.
