SIMcheck

SIMcheck is an ImageJ plugin toolkit developed by Graeme Ball and Lothar Schermelleh for assessing the quality of structured illumination microscopy data. It helps the user identify and correct common problems with SIM data and provides tools for common image processing tasks.
