Collection of slides from an ‘Introduction to image analysis’ workshop run by Dave Barry, Martin Jones and Stefania Marcotti. The workshop, hosted at Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI), took place in 2024. The material is composed of seven PowerPoint presentation covering a range of introductory topics and are made available under a Creative Commons Attribution Share Alike 4.0 International license.
