Tutorial – Volume Electron Microscopy Segmentation in IMOD 3dmod

This video shows basic functions of manual segmentation of volume electron microscopy data using 3dmod, from the IMOD suite. The functions shown include drawing using the Drawing Tools and the Interpolator, meshing, changing object colour and transparency, among other basic functions. This video was produced at the Oxford Brookes Centre for Bioimaging (Oxford UK).
