Video tutorial – dual-axis tomogram generation in Etomo (IMOD)

This is a video tutorial on how to generate dual-axis tomograms in Etomo – IMOD – using tilt series data lacking gold fiducials. This video is specific for plastic section transmission electron microscopy (TEM) tomography of cells and tissues.
