Bio-Image Semantic Query User Environment (BisQue) is a free, open-source, cloud-based platform for storing, organising, visualising and analysing images. It was developed to allow researcher to explore, annotate and exchange their data and can handle 100+ image formats and very large, 5D images. Analysis software such as Cell Profiler and ImageJ are integrated in the platform. Companion programs include: Scientist’s Digital Notebook, BioImage Convert, bioView and bioView3D.
