LifeHack

LifeHack is an open-source microscope capable of single molecule localisation microscopy and live cell imaging. It is constructed from commercially available parts and 3D printed parts, which are listed along with CAD files and build/set up instructions. The base form is a fully functional microscope but it can also be used as a development base to build specialised systems. It was developed by Josh Edwards, Kevin Whitley, Sudeer Peneti, Yann Cesbron and Seamus Holden at Newcastle University.
