Image Data Resource (IDR)

The Image Data Resource is a public repository of image data from published research. It is divided into two sections, Cell-IDR and Tissue-IDR. The image datasets are annotated with author-supplied metadata and are available for viewing, mining, processing and analysis. The IDR Project principal investigators are Jason Swedlow, Alvis Brazma and Rafael Carazo Salas.
