Posted on 29 August 2024

OpenOrganelle is a database for volume EM datasets and accompanying segmentations,  available for exploration. The ‘Organelle’ page shows the data arranged by segmented organelle and on the ‘Measurements’ page users can browse the surface area, volume or contact sites from the segmented organelles. Recently, the team have added a text search to improve browser experience.  OpenOrganelle is hosted by HHMI Janelia Research Campus.
