At NIMSB, we have **two PhD fellowships open to join my lab in AI and Microscopy for Biomedical Discovery. **I’d appreciate it if you could share this with your network.
Candidates would work on integrating computer vision, biomage analysis, live-cell microscopy and multiomics to study the intracellular dynamics and reorganisation underlying cell migration and plasticity. We particularly wellcome applicants interested in developing computational approaches that can be incorporated into microscopy acquisition workflows and applied to the study of cellular behaviour.
NIMSB is based at the Champalimaud Campus and the fellowship offers opportunities to spend time at leading international research centres, including the Max Delbrück Centre in Berlin.
The application is really short and easy to fill in, with a deadline on the 16th of October: https://nimsb.unl.pt/join-us/
