Course material from a week-long course on using Python for bioimage analysis, organised by the Royal Microscopical Society, Data Analysis in Imaging group (formerly the Image Analysis Focused Interest Group of the Royal Microscopical Society). This course ran in 2019 and covered Image Analysis and image processing, Python and Jupyter notebooks, Visualisation, Fiji to Python, Segmentation, Omero and Python, Image Registration, Colocalisation, Time-series analysis, Tracking, Machine Learning and Applied Machine Learning.
