CryoET data portal

The CryoET Data Portal was established by the Chan Zuckerberg Imaging Institute and the Chan Zuckerber Initiative to collate annotated tomograms from cryo-electron tomography data and make them open access. These data include rich standardised metadata and can be used to train new ML models. Contributions from the community are welcome, see website for more details.
