EMPIAR

EMPIAR (Electron Microscopy Public Image Archive) is a public image library of raw images from 3D cryo-EM maps and tomograms, as well as 3D datasets from volumeEM techniques and soft & hard X-ray tomography. The data in EMPIAR can be freely used for any purpose, including research, method development and training and teaching purposes. All entries are allocated accession codes and DOIs. The EMPIAR homepage includes talks and tutorials on accessing and using the database.
