LLSpy-SLM

LLSpy-SLM is an app for generating binary masks to drive the spatial light modulator (SLM) on lattice light sheet microscopes. It can generate both square and hex lattices and includes several preset options. The app was created by Talley Lambert at Harvard Medical School.
