Euro-BioImaging User Forum: Cardiovascular Research

Euro-BioImaging is organizing a fifth online User Forum on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, from 14:00-17:00 CET. The topic is “Cardiovascular research.” This event will highlight the importance of cutting-edge imaging technologies in support of cardiovascular health, disease, diagnostics and the development of therapies. We will showcase the specific expertise available at our Nodes across Europe through case studies presented in tandem with the research community.

Keynote speakers from the biological and biomedical imaging communities will speak about an array of imaging technologies in support of cardiovascular research. In addition, selected speakers will present cutting-edge research supported by Euro-BioImaging Nodes.
Keynote speakers:
- Eline Kooi – Maastricht University Medical Center, “MRI and PET imaging to assess cardiovascular diseases”
- Rebecca Richardson – University of Bristol, “Characterising immune cell populations in the regenerating zebrafish heart”
Who should attend:
Researchers from both academia or industry, Master’s and PhD students, post-doctoral fellows, anyone involved in cardiovascular research and interested in the potential of biological and biomedical imaging technologies to boost this research.
