📣  After a successful 2025 edition, we’re excited to share we are now accepting applications for the 💻  2026 Boston Bioimage Analysis Course (BoBiAC)📊!

Join us at Harvard Medical School this July for a 6-day intensive hands-on course where you will learn both Python and bioimage analysis, starting from the basics and applying each concept directly to fluorescence microscopy images.

  • Are you a highly motivated beginner in bioimage analysis from any life science field with the need to quantifyyour fluorescence microscopy images?
  • Are you excited to start using Python in your bioimage analysis pipeline?
  • Do you want to learn different approaches to performing segmentation (semantic and instance) on your images to extract meaningful information?
  • Do you want to learn how to measure features of individual cellsquantify neighborhood relationships, and perform colocalization analysis?

If you answered yes to these questions, then this course is for you!
