Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct in vivo acute and chronic imaging studies using 2-photon microscopy to explore the role of neuroinflammation in mouse models of Alzheimer’s disease
- Analyze imaging data using Imaris, Matlab, or custom image analysis routines
Qualifications/Skills:
- Currently pursuing a PhD in neuroscience or related field
- Experience with confocal and/or 2-photon microscopy is required
- Experience working with laboratory animals (mice) is required
- Experience with in vivo imaging is a plus
- Rodent surgery skills are a plus
- Experience with image analysis software (Imaris, Matlab) is preferred
