Intern, In Vivo 2 Photon Imaging – Eisai Inc. – Cambridge, MA

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and conduct in vivo acute and chronic imaging studies using 2-photon microscopy to explore the role of neuroinflammation in mouse models of Alzheimer’s disease
• Analyze imaging data using Imaris, Matlab, or custom image analysis routines

Qualifications/Skills:

• Currently pursuing a PhD in neuroscience or related field
• Experience with confocal and/or 2-photon microscopy is required
• Experience working with laboratory animals (mice) is required
• Experience with in vivo imaging is a plus
• Rodent surgery skills are a plus
• Experience with image analysis software (Imaris, Matlab) is preferred
