Cell biology jobs and events on FocalPlane

Did you know that, in addition to our popular microscopy jobs and events pages, you can now post cell biology jobs and events on FocalPlane?

Since the launch of FocalPlane back in 2020, it has been possible to post microscopy-related jobs to our jobs board and list events on our events calendar. Last year, we upgraded these features by joining the MicroscopyDB consortium and we now receive our jobs and events feeds from them. For our users, this means you can upload your job or event to MicroscopyDB and it will be disseminated among the partner websites, including FocalPlane. Of course, this is wonderful for microscopists, but we wanted to see what more we could do for the cell biology community. Therefore, we decided to launch specific cell biology jobs and events boards, based on the very popular boards for developmental and stem cell biologists on our sister site, the Node. Once registered, it is free to post on either board and, going forward, we hope that we’ll be the go-to place to search for cell biology jobs and events across the globe.
