The super-resolution microscopy community is invited to gather in Bordeaux (France) from October 19 to 21, 2026, for the Sino-French Bioimaging Symposium 2026 – an international congress dedicated to super-resolution microscopy and its applications in biological imaging.
Over three days, SFBS 2026 will bring together internationally renowned experts in super-resolution microscopy, advanced optical imaging and quantitative biology, including Markus Sauer, Francisco Balzarotti, Liangyi Chen, Lydia Danglot, and many more.
The scientific programme will highlight the latest research, technological developments and innovative approaches shaping the field. Particular attention will be given to interactions between established scientists and early-career researchers, with opportunities to present original work through selected talks and poster sessions.
The symposium will also feature contributions from industrial partners, offering insights into innovative imaging solutions and encouraging dialogue between academic research and technological development.
SFBS 2026 aims to strengthen long-term collaborations and foster fruitful interactions within the biological imaging community.
